It is not a mold inspection, assessment, or remediation plan, and it is not medical, legal, or professional advice. It can't confirm the source or extent of a problem in your home. Always consult a qualified professional about conditions in your home.
Your safety
You are responsible for your own safety and for deciding what is safe for you to do. Areas of the home that present hazards, such as the inside of a forced air unit, crawlspaces, and attics, should be accessed with the help of a professional before viewing or sampling. Don't open walls, remove panels, or disturb materials you are unsure about. You use the information on this site at your own risk.
The guide
When you purchase the guide, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own household. You may not copy, resell, share access to, or redistribute the guide. We may update the guide's content over time.
Purchases
Payments are processed by Stripe through Link, which acts as the merchant of record. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

We link to products and test kits sold by other companies, including our sampling partner HomeSAFE and Govee. Those purchases are between you and the seller and are governed by their terms.
